And shockingly I got a letter from synergy at the same time with an itemized list of why I owed them, they are trying to charge me for junk that was there when I moved in, pests that were there when I moved in, I keep my house clean and got a cat for the mice and the cockroaches seemed to disappear, yet they wanna charge me for pest control and all kinds of other crazy stuff. I just received a letter from a collection company stating I owed synergy properties $2500.00. Due to covid and lack of work I couldn’t afford to purchase the home any longer so once my contract was over I moved out. I could have taken them to court right then and there but I didn’t, instead I paid $1200 to have the heater fixed, $732 to have the water lines fixed and put thousands of dollars into the home.
